Qualifications:
- Interest in quality food production - Experienced in handling poultry Responsibilities ? Maintain impeccable hygiene ? Ensure cleanliness and sanitary conditions of all work areas ? Record all required information on company logs/reports ? Adhere to HACCP plan and USDA FSIS guidelines ? Maintain the working condition of the processing equipment ? Alert the manager to any problems regarding the general environment or equipment Skills - Good processing employees need to possess the following skills:
? A thorough knowledge of good manufacturing practices ? A practical mindset ? Problem-solving skills ? Organizational skills ? Dedication to the success of other employees and the business A criminal background investigation is required.
