We are currently seeking a full-time Billing Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Review and process accounts receivable for ICF/IDD, HCS, ISS, private pay and other programs.
Prepare weekly banking documentation for individuals who are in service programs.
Coordinate special purchase requests.
Create annual Room & Board Agreements.
Ensures insurance and Medicaid eligibility.
Perform other clerical duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
Completes work with a degree of autonomy and confidentiality.
Team player with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks.
Excellent customer service Ensures insurance and Medicaid eligibility.
Proven experience with billing and knowledge of basic economic, budgeting, and accounting practices.
