Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
Automotive/dealership experience is preferred, however, candidates with other administrative experience will be considered.
Qualifications Ability to successfully complete multiple tasks with ease Exceptional organizational skills and record keeping Eagerness to learn and master new skills Perform effectively as a team member Work independently without direct supervision Vehicle title and registration experience a plus! Selected candidate must have the ability to meet the company's production and quality standards.
Job Responsibilities Daily tasks include but are not limited to:
Title transfer of new, used, and wholesale vehicle purchases Communicate and collaborate between departments to resolve title errors Assist in creating and processing vehicle loan and lease documents Reviewing vehicle loan and trade documents for completeness and accuracy General administrative tasks including filing and scanning Provide additional administrative support as needed We Offer Family owned and operated workplace Paid vacation Medical/Dental/Vision insurance plans Dedication to work/family life balance Hours Monday through Friday, 9a to 5p No weekends This is a full time position.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
