The Junior Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for assisting the Plant Manager and Implementation team in the daily support of Plant operations using Parity Factory, Southside's Warehouse Management System (WMS).
This is not a remote position.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Ensure all transactions within ParityFactory are reasonable, appropriate, and comply with operational policies and procedures.
Responsible for designing, enhancing, and maintaining ParityFactory and integrated systems for stakeholders.
Quickly and proactively identify and resolve issues and independently conduct root cause analysis.
Balance competing priorities to effectively manage stakeholder expectations.
Exhibit a strong drive to achieve business results through leading small projects and implementing minor enhancements.
Demonstrate strong analytical skills to resolve technical problems, validate expected outcomes.
Lead optimization and maintenance of Southside's ParityFactory platform.
Create and own business process diagrams, requirements, and functional specifications for optimizations.
Collaborate with internal and 3rd party service providers and consultants.
Build and execute test cases aligned with business objectives; document test results and obtain stakeholder approbal for system enhancements.
Observes safety and security standards.

Qualifications:
Working Knowledge of Microsoft Suite Demonstrated Superior Customer Service Skills Knowledge of database structure and design Food Handler Certificate Required Language Skills Ability to read, write, speak and comprehend English for all job related circumstances.
Ability to respond to questions from managers, team members, guests, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
Reasoning Ability Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations.
Must have strong decision-making capability.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the team member is frequently required to reach with hands and arms, lift, wipe, bend and stoop; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear.
Team members are required to sit, stand and walk during shift; must regularly move and/or lift up to 40 pounds.
Work Environment The noise level in the work environment is usually soft to moderate.
