This position will assist the Facilities Maintenance and Repair Specialist in a variety of duties.
Responsibilities:
General groundskeeping on 6.
5 acres in Elgin and 2 acres in Austin (mowing, weed eating, fence line maintenance, tree-trimming Routine maintenance indoors and outdoors (lights, doors, leaks) General cleaning and building upkeep (painting, power washing, repairs) Requirements:
Experience working in general maintenance/repair capacity Communication and organizational skills Two professional references indicating prior experience Background check
