Responsibilities:
Manages the front desk staff as well as breakfast.
Assists the General Manager and in absence, oversees the hotel and other departments.
Assists in the hiring, training and supervising the staff.
Performs accounting functions related to the front desk operations.
Works shifts alongside the front desk staff when required by checking guests in and out of the hotel.
Handles cash and credit card transactions.
Provides excellent customer service to all our guests and ensures all staff is performing to the highest standards.
Qualifications:
Must have previous hotel front desk experience, along with supervisory experience.
Hilton OnQ is preferred.
IHG Opera is preferred.
ChoiceAdvantage is preferred.
Flexible to work different shifts when needed.
Experience in training of staff.
