GM Certified Technician Responsibilities Performs work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership Executes repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications Tests components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment Diagnoses, maintains, and repairs vehicles on all automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, drivability, etc.
Communicates directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed.
Provide an estimate of the time needed for additional repairs GM Certified Technician Requirements Highschool or GED equivalent education Must have valid Driver's License and good driving record Background and Drug screening required 3
years' experience in automotive repair - dealership experience preferred General Motors certification courses highly preferred Master level equivalent ASE certifications will be considered 10-hour day shift Positive team-oriented attitude a must!! Job Type:
