A Guest Service Representative communicates with the guest on the line.
They take the guests order and ensure that the team understand the orders needs.
They control the speed and accuracy of every interaction.
We are looking a people person with a passion for food and great organizational skills.
GUEST SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Greets and communicates well with customers in person or via phone to ensure accuracy of order and customer satisfaction Knowledgeable of menu, demonstrates suggestive selling Ensures order accuracy, communicates order needs to fellow team members Takes orders, packages and correctly distributes to guests in line Maintains cleanliness and organization of service line, food holding wells and cutting board Weighs and cuts meat to exact specifications.
Support packages and distributes orders efficiently and accurately Weighs and cuts meat to exact specifications Facilitates the distribution of complete orders to correct customers Maintains cleanliness and organization of service line, food holding wells and cutting board Education and/or Experience Food Handler Certificate required.
Previous kitchen and/or knife experience preferred.
Ability to listen, read, write and speak fluently in English for all job related circumstances.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
While performing the duties of this job, he/she is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear.
He/she is regularly required to reach with hands and arms.
He/she must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
Repetitive motions with knives are used for multiple hours.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
